Doors & hardware
Door hardware installs and adjustments, doors and frames on smaller scopes, and garage and overhead door repair and service.
Division 9 help
Finish touch-ups and smaller finish scopes, such as wallcovering and wall protection panels.
Preconstruction & budget pricing
Scope review and budget numbers for Division 10 specialties: toilet accessories, toilet partitions, wall protection, corner guards, signage, lockers, and fire extinguisher cabinets. Send plans and specs and we’ll help you get your numbers lined up.
Materials coordination
Help lining up owner-furnished or contractor-furnished materials: quantities from the plans, ordering, and delivery timing, so materials are on site when install starts.

Do you furnish materials?
Not yet. Right now we work labor-only, with materials furnished by the owner or GC. We can help you price and line up those materials. Furnish-and-install packages are part of what we’re building toward.
How big a job can you take?
Smaller scopes, like a punch list, a set of restroom accessories and partitions, or hardware on a handful of doors. Send the scope and we’ll tell you straight whether it’s a fit before we commit.
Where do you work?
Duval and St. Johns County: Jacksonville, the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, and St. Johns.
